Directions - From the Town of Floyd VA in Floyd County VA take Highway 221 South Floyd Highway South for approximately 5.5 miles, left on Bethlehem Church Road Route 679, go just over 1 mile and property is on both sides of Bethlehem Church Road, Tract 6 and 7 on Sunny Ridge Road, which is on the right, and Tracts 1- 5 have access by Running Cedar Road. Combinations - Combinations will be offered with a 5 increase to combined bid amounts of desired combination. To bid on a combination, bidder must be the winning bidder on at least one tract. Combinations that separate a previous combination won't be allowed. Winning online bidders will have the opportunity to request or bid on combinations by phone with Auction Company under same terms as Live Auction. Combinations will not be offered online.
Restrictions - Property subject to minor Deed Restrictions. A copy of restrictions can be found in Bidder Pack. Deed Restrictions prohibit feedlots, trailer parks, singlewide mobile homes, and junk cars but allow livestock, agriculture, doublewide mobile homes, and modular homes.
Tract 4 - 32.893 Acres of open farmland. Frontage on Bethlehem Church Road but best accessed by Running Cedar Road which is a 50' right of way off Bethlehem Church Road.
