Directions From Monticello, Ky take Hwy 92 east 9 miles to Hwy 1756, go south 3.6 miles to Parmsleyville Road 2.3 miles to the Property. Watch for Signs.
Selling 164+- wooded acres, hunting cabin with electric, well water, and septic. This property has 4,900 +/- feet of frontage on the Little South Fork of the Cumberland River in the Parmsleyville Community.
All timber, oil production, minerals, and improvements are being conveyed. Oil production records are available upon request. Barrett Oil indicated that the 2017 production was 128 barrells. Access to the farm is by way of Fording across Little South Fork to a gated and locked entrance. You can drive or cross the river by foot or vehicle depending on the river's level.
The Wayne County PVA office records indicate 12 of cropland and 150+- wooded acres. The 12 acres are currently planted as food plots.
Survey tape has been placed in areas that are deemed to be markers from older tape ribbons and are not guaranteed to be accurate but merely a representation of borders. The deed is attached on this site in the photo section. PVA maps and commonwealth map aerials have been used as representative area to be sold and conveyed.
