From Medford, OK. Hwy 81 and Hwy 11, go east 2 miles to CR 980, then go 2 miles south to Harper Rd, then 1 mile east to Cr990, then 1 mile south to property. This route has more county gravel road access to the property with exception of the last mile.

This good quarter section of land consists of 160± acres and according to the county FSA office there is 123.48 DCP cropland acres with 113.98 wheat base acres and a 35 bushel yield. There is 8.22 acres enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program (Crp) and the balance is in grass pasture, timber and an older set of improvements that are not livable.
