This farm is comprised of approximately 160 acres more or less. The farm is in good native grass land providing very good cattle pasture grazing. There is some timber and sand plum thickets throughout the farm with a 2- ponds, and creek in the southern central area of the farm. The farm has very good perimeter fencing with steel corners and gates. Access is by good county roads on the south and west side of the farm. Electric power is also located on the south side of the farm. The Logan county rural water district has a line running east and west on the south side of the CR 66 which is located on the south side of this farm.
