Tract 2 offers fully functional loading and unloading chutes and sorting pens. A comfortable office doubles as a scale house for the truck scales that assure accurate commodity deliveries and cattle shipping and receiving weights.

A 40’ x 140’ equipment shed protects your equipment investment from the elements. Shipping and receiving large equipment or palletized items is no problem with concrete truck docks.

Directions

From Dublin take Hwy 6 towards Hico, turn right onto FM 219 then right on FM 1702, travel 7 miles and turn left on FM 2823 towards Carlton. Travel 3-4 miles, turn left on CR 353 continue to T and turn right onto CR 359. Follow CR 359, ranch will be on right.
