Summary of Terms:

Preview: Must provide proof of funds of $250,000 to schedule an appointment.

Buyer's Premium: 10% Buyers Premium based on the high bid.

Closing: 60 days, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.

Deposit Amount: $75,000 per farm, $25,000 for marsh land parcels, or $250,000 for all properties paid via wire transfer or cashier's check to Jefferson Realty Group. Balance of 10% deposit due via wire transfer to closing agent by 12 pm ET on Oct. 14, 2022.

Broker Co-op: 2.5% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered broker at settlement.
