Beautiful old victorian style home built in 1901, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. House has electric heat in each room and very efficient new wood furnace. All redone wood floors on first floor. Kitchen has cork floor. House received new metal roofing, new metal siding and new insulation in 2015. The house is easy to heat. It has many windows all trimmed in original Douglas Fir woodwork. Beautiful library with sliding pocket wooden doors with butternut shelving.

There is a second house site with a working well and septic where an old farm house was removed. Two big two story wooden barns, one with horse stalls and one with a cattle corral around it.

This beautifully rolling ranch is half wooded and half tillable. 150± wooded acres and 150± acres tillable land. The 150± tillable acres are currently fenced for rotational cattle grazing into paddocks. Pastures were seeded with timothy and birdsfoot trefoil this spring. They have established stands of medium red clover, ladino clover and orchard grass. These pastures could easily be turned into very productive cropland. Summer carrying capacity is 1 animal unit per acre. Entire ranch has been chemical free for at least 12 years. Farm is eligible for fast track organic certification.

The enticing wooded acres make the perfect environment for wildlife. Featuring phenomenal white tail deer and turkey hunting on this property. The neighboring government ground is also home to giant whitetail deer, an abundance of turkey, and waterfowl. Only minutes away from Rush Creek State Natural Area and the Delta, putting this property in the middle of a major flyway for birds migrating South. The wooded acres boast an impressive amount of matured red oak, white oak, cherry, and walnut trees.
