Railroad Right of Way; thence South 67° West along the North line of the aforesaid right of way to the section line between Section 19 and 24; thence North along the Section line between Sections 19 and 24; thence North along the Section line between Sections 19 and 24, 1571.7 feet to the place of the beginning, Caddo County, containing 61.71 acres, more or less.
